This 38 ft trailer still has a lot of life left in it, and makes for a great canvas to anyone wanting to remodel it and make it their own for any purpose. Or you can just move right in and take it away. We just re-inflated the tires. New air conditioner installed in August 2024, awning is 2 years old, no rips or tears. A sturdy model that will go the distance. From non-smoking, no-pet family.
